Delivery

Shipments - to any country world wide.

Located in Israel, we offer free shipping in which packages are dispatched within two business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via the post office air mail with tracking available to most locations. Delivery using that method takes 2 - 4 weeks on average to most locations. While all meters are being shipped from Israel, some protective materials are being shipped from Germany.

If you prefer delivery by other means, please contact us and we will provide the additional cost. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. If you place two orders on the same day, we will group them to one shipment. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects and the items are well-protected. Once shipped we have no control over the package, but will be responsible for the investigation with the shipper and reimbursement for the content when the investigation ends. 

While shipping is free (i.e. courier), there might be local tax requested upon arrival. Those taxes vary from one location to another and we have no control over that.
