Return Policy

All meter models can be returned within a time period of 90 days as long as kept in new like condition without any additions of stickers, lables, marks or others. We issue a refund for the original payment amount minus the shipping fees (the free shipping is at present $10), also we do not cover the shipping fees back to us.

Since we use PayPal and rely on their refund policy, we can only use a standard refund to the original payment source such as a credit card or bank account up to two months after the purchase. If more than two months had past, we can only wire the purchase amount to another PayPal account which might include additional commission on the buyer side.

We cannot accept back any protective materials such as fabrics, paint, canopies and similar once shipped.
